안녕하세요. 지금까지 BIM principle and philosophy 를 운영하던 강태욱입니다.
안타깝게도 Google site 정책이 바뀌면서, BIM principle and philosophy 을 새로운 Google site로 변환해야 하는 상황이 되었습니다(역시, 공짜라 영원할수는 없네요^^). 그래도 2011년부터 10년동안 웹사이트가 유지되어, 무료로 사용했던 Google site는 고마운 서비스였습니다. Google site에서 월 평균 추가 페이지뷰는 5,000~10,000, 사용자 49,050명, 인기글은 BIM이외, 인공지능, 로보틱스, 블록체인, 디지털트윈, IoT 관련 글들이었습니다(참고-방문이력).
BIM principle and philosophy 블로그 시작 기념으로 'BIM 표준 및 구현'이란 eBook을 아래에 공유합니다. 이 책은 오픈소스를 기반으로 BIM 서비스 구현 방법을 다룹니다. BIM기반 협업, 가시화, 정보 질의, 시멘틱 웹 기반 지식 서비스 등을 구현하는 방법을 다룹니다.
10년이 지나는 동안 새로운 BIM 기술은 대부분 개발이 완성되어, 산업계에서는 Autodesk와 같은 글로벌 소프트웨어 개발사의 제품들을 상업적으로 사용하고 있습니다. 비상업적 목적이라면 오픈소스도구를 이용하는 것이 좋을 수 있습니다.
이제, BIM은 이제 신기술이 아닌 일하는 방식, 제도의 변화가 중요해 졌습니다. 이와 관련해, 글이나 책에서 많은 이야기를 하였으나, 국내에서는 아직 그 한계가 명확한 것 같습니다(사실, 후진적 발주제도 아래에서, 일하는 방법이 바뀌지 않았으니, 건설 엔지니어링 자체도 발전하기 쉽지 않겠지요). 이런 상황에서 BIM과 관련된 내용은 더 이상 많이 올릴필요는 없게 되었습니다. 앞으로 새로운 블로그에서는 건설 디지털 트랜스포메이션에 대한 이론적인 내용을 정리하겠습니다.
지금까지 그랬듯이, 실무적인 기술, 따라하기는 Maker 블로그에 올릴것입니다. BIM principle 내용은 여기에 임시보관하였습니다. 차차 BIM principle and DX 블로그로 옮기려 합니다.

지식을 정리하는 작업은 아래와 같이 계속됩니다.
BIM, SW engineering, Computer graphics digest podcast, Youtube는 현재 제가 해외에 있는 관계로 원활하지 못합니다(한국에서 장비를 가져오지를 못했어요ㅎ). 귀국하게 되면, 다시 방송을 정기적으로 진행할 예정이니 참고하시길 바랍니다.

I, and my co-author wrote 11 books including two e-books such as BIM principle, BIM interoperability and platform, Civil BIM with Autodesk Civil3D, Collaborative Architecture Design with BIM, BIM-based Facility Management, Smart Building System, Arduino-based Smart Home Automation, IPD Studies, Social-based Media Art. These books talk about the philosophy, principle and applications related to BIM (Building Information Model). The fact that the concept of BIM is now new. Of course, it's not a tool or system. In academic, it can be traced back to the 1960s and since then it was researched and developed by various names.Until now, we look at one side of 2-dimension framework force in the various engineering information which has been designed. Consequently, the information in the framework is transformed from the original design concept.
